This allows us to offer our customers solutions beyond the standard and create the technical foundation for their sustainable success.

Working with the Editorial System – Editorial Work with a System: We offer customized training and workshops for editors, administrators, and anyone else working with the editorial system Smart Media Creator – SMC or the Content Delivery Server JAMES.

In trainings tailored specifically to you, we not only show you how to work with SMC but also incorporate our practical experience as technical writers. We know which functions are useful for which workflows – after all, SMC was developed from practical experience. You will learn to work confidently and efficiently with SMC. When new employees join later, they can also attend our open user training sessions for editors.
